Recent Developments

6 August 2026: half-year results reported a 9.0% NAV per share total return for the first six months and £216m of private-investment realisations. RIT also bought back 1.9% of its shares for £60m, continuing a discount-control programme that has repurchased more than 13% of the share capital since 2023.

Dividend notes

RIT has increased its dividend for thirteen consecutive years. The 2026 dividend is 45p per share, paid in two equal 22.5p instalments; the first was paid on 24 April and the second is scheduled for October 2026.
