13 August 2026: FY2025/26 underlying net gaming revenue rose 8% to £835m and underlying operating profit increased 21% to £78.6m. Regulatory changes allowing more gaming machines in casinos and continued digital growth support the medium-term ambition of operating profit above £100m.
Dividend notes
Rank reinstated dividends in 2024 and is progressively increasing the payout as profitability improves. For FY2025/26 the Board proposed a 2.5p final dividend, taking the full-year dividend to 3.5p per share, up about 35%.
