31 May 2026 NAV was $2.61 per share, with annualised NAV growth of about 14.4% since launch. In June the trust made a further $1.4m investment in Lycia Therapeutics, while improving biotechnology sentiment and a narrowing discount remain important potential catalysts into 2027.
RTW Biotech Opportunities is primarily a capital-growth vehicle and does not currently pay a regular dividend. Returns are expected mainly through growth in NAV, portfolio realisations and a narrowing of the share-price discount.
