Dividend notes

Safestore has a progressive dividend record and distributions include both ordinary dividends and Property Income Distributions. The FY2025 final dividend totalled 20.6p per share and was paid on 14 April 2026; the 2026 interim was about 10.2p per share, ex-dividend 2 July and paid 6 August.
