20 May 2026: half-year results showed a NAV total return of 35.3% for the six months to 28 February, outperforming the 30.7% benchmark return. Strong stock selection in technology, resources and financials drove performance, while the Board has been smoothing quarterly payments without abandoning its progressive annual dividend policy.

Dividend notes

SOI pays quarterly and has increased its annual dividend for many consecutive years. For FY2026 the first interim was 2.0p and subsequent quarterly payments were increased to 2.5p; the latest 2.5p dividend went ex-dividend on 23 July and was paid on 7 August 2026.
