Recent Developments

8 June 2026: FY2026 profit before tax rose 4.9% to €211.4m and funds from operations increased 8.4% to €133.5m, with like-for-like annualised rent roll up 6.4%. Sirius is also expanding into defence-related industrial property, including a €93.6m Kiel acquisition, and has indicated ambitions to build a much larger portfolio in this area into 2027.

Dividend notes

Sirius pays dividends twice yearly. The FY2026 total dividend was 6.40 euro cents per share, up 4.1%; the 3.22 cent final dividend went ex-dividend on 9 July 2026 and was paid on 29 July.
