4 August 2026: the Q3 update showed portfolio value rising 30.7% in the quarter to £433.3m and NAV increasing 24.8% to £421.3m. Defence spending and sovereign demand for satellite capability are important tailwinds, while funding strength and potential exits from the maturing portfolio should remain key themes into 2027.
Seraphim is a capital-growth investment trust and does not currently pay a regular dividend. Returns depend principally on increases in portfolio value, successful funding events and eventual realisations.
