29 July 2026: first-half funds under management reached a record £240.8bn, with £10.5bn of gross inflows and £2.7bn of net inflows. Profitability improved materially and £128.1m of shares were repurchased, although flow momentum, adviser growth and implementation of the new client charging structure remain important into 2027.

Dividend notes

St. James's Place pays dividends twice yearly and also uses share buybacks. The 2026 interim dividend is 6.0p per share, ex-dividend 6 August and payable 18 September; the 2025 final dividend was 12.0p and went ex-dividend on 26 March 2026.
