13 August 2026: first-half revenue rose about 9% to £1.23bn and underlying profit before tax increased 47% to £34.3m. Savills also completed the major acquisition of US real-estate investment bank Eastdil Secured in August, making integration and increased North American earnings exposure key themes for 2027.

Dividend notes

Savills normally pays an interim and final ordinary dividend, sometimes supplemented when profits allow. The 2026 interim dividend is 7.8p per share, up 5.4%, ex-dividend 27 August and payable 25 September; the 2025 final ordinary dividend was 15.7p.
