6 August 2026: first-half revenue rose 8% at constant currency to about £1.3bn and adjusted EBIT increased 9% to £196m, with Global Broking particularly strong. The cost programme is ahead of plan and expected to deliver about £50m of annualised savings by year-end, while a potential minority listing of Parameta remains under review.
TP ICAP aims to return around 50% of adjusted earnings through dividends, with additional capital returns where appropriate. The 2026 interim dividend is 5.6p per share, ex-dividend 1 October and payable 6 November; the 2025 final dividend was 11.6p.
