23 June 2026: full-year customer numbers rose 23% to 1.43m including the TalkTalk customer acquisition, while adjusted profit before tax increased to about £132m. Management's five-year ambition is to add another one million customers, making successful integration, partner productivity and sustained organic growth key through 2027.

Dividend notes

Telecom Plus has a high payout policy, normally returning around 80-90% of adjusted net income. The FY2026 interim dividend was 38p per share; the 12p final dividend went ex-dividend on 6 August 2026 and is payable on 28 August, giving a 50p full-year total.
