4 August 2026: first-half revenue fell 1.8%, but adjusted operating profit rose 6.3% as the turnaround began to improve efficiency and the balance sheet strengthened. Management expects the second half to remain subdued, making cost reduction, Toolstation performance and any recovery in UK construction important to 2027 earnings.
Travis Perkins pays dividends twice yearly but has reduced distributions while trading remains subdued. The 2026 interim dividend is 4.0p per share, ex-dividend 1 October and payable 6 November; the 2025 final dividend of 7.5p went ex-dividend on 16 April 2026.
