June 2026 annual results reported a 6.7% NAV total return for the year to 31 March and an 8.4% share-price return, while revenue earnings per share rose 21.8% to 15.81p. Improving property-company dividends and rental growth are supportive, although interest rates and the pace of European real-estate valuation recovery remain central to 2027 performance.
TR Property pays dividends twice yearly and has increased its annual distribution for sixteen consecutive years. FY2026 dividends totalled 16.10p per share; the 10.35p final dividend went ex-dividend on 25 June 2026 and was paid on 30 July.
