2026 has produced unusually strong income generation, allowing the Board to pay a 2.50p special dividend while maintaining its progressive quarterly policy. Shareholders also face the trust's scheduled 2026 continuation vote, making NAV performance, the discount and support for the long-term emerging-market infrastructure strategy particularly relevant heading into 2027.
UEM pays quarterly and has a progressive ordinary dividend policy. The FY2026 ordinary dividend was 9.585p per share, with quarterly payments normally in March, June, September and December. A special interim dividend of 2.50p went ex-dividend on 16 July 2026 and was paid on 14 August after exceptionally strong portfolio dividend receipts.
