28 July 2026: Q2 underlying sales grew 5.8%, including 5.5% volume growth, the strongest volume performance in more than a decade. Management raised confidence around the 2026 outlook and continues to reshape the portfolio; a planned separation of the Foods business by no later than mid-2027 could materially alter the group's future mix.
Unilever pays quarterly dividends in euros, with sterling equivalents set for London shareholders. The Q2 2026 dividend is €0.4664 per share, ex-dividend 6 August and payable 18 September; the company also completed a €1.5bn share buyback during the first half.
