July 2026: a tender offer for up to 10% of the shares was heavily oversubscribed, with more than 70% of the issued shares tendered; the purchase price was set at a 2.5% discount to adjusted NAV. NAV performance had also been strong into May, while discount control and Vietnam's economic and market reforms remain central themes for 2027.
VEIL is primarily a capital-growth vehicle and does not operate a regular dividend policy. Shareholder returns are instead supported through NAV growth, share buybacks and occasional tender offers when the shares trade at a substantial discount.
