27 July 2026: Vodafone raised FY2026/27 expectations after incorporating control of Safaricom, guiding to adjusted EBITDAaL of €13.0-13.3bn and adjusted free cash flow of €2.6-2.9bn, with results expected toward the upper end. Q1 organic service revenue grew 5.2%, while integration of VodafoneThree and recovery in Germany remain key 2027 issues.

Dividend notes

Vodafone pays dividends twice yearly in euros. The FY2026 final dividend was 2.3625 euro cents per share, ex-dividend 4 June 2026 and paid on 30 July; the sterling equivalent was about 2.013p. The FY2026 interim was 2.25 cents, paid in February.
