02

Key activities

Actuarial consulting, pension administration, investment consulting, scheme governance, risk-transfer advice and pension software and technology services.

03

Key markets

The United Kingdom occupational pension market, serving corporate sponsors and trustees of defined-benefit and defined-contribution schemes.

04

Key drivers

Pension regulation, demand for risk transfer and buyouts, administration outsourcing, consulting activity, recurring contracts, technology investment and staff productivity.

05

Key risks

Regulatory changes, loss of major clients, wage inflation, professional-liability claims, competition for specialist staff and integration of acquisitions.

06

Recent Developments

FY2026 revenue rose 13% to £262.7m and adjusted EBITDA increased 9% to £75.7m, marking a ninth consecutive year of revenue growth. Strong demand for pension risk-transfer advice and outsourced administration continues, while investment in technology and recruitment should support further growth into FY2027.
