8 July 2026: FY2026 revenue rose 2.6% to £1.86bn, while underlying EBIT excluding disposal profits increased 9.7% to £164m and steady-state cash generation improved sharply to £95.7m. Net debt nevertheless rose to about £999m as the fleet expanded, making cash conversion, leverage and returns from fleet growth important through 2027.
Zigup pays dividends twice yearly and has maintained progressive growth. The FY2026 total dividend is 27.0p per share, up 2.3%; the 18.2p final dividend goes ex-dividend on 27 August 2026 and is payable on 30 September.
